Our Financial Planning Service is designed to give you the freedom to plan ahead with confidence, covering all aspects of personal finance from your bank accounts to your mortgage, your pension, investments, tax, school fees, university plans, personal protection and long-term care.
Not all independent financial advisers are able to search the whole of the market for the financial products that suit your needs best. We can. So, AYP is a truly independent IFA and is not tied to any financial organisation.
We also work on the basis of impartial remuneration, i.e., we can either earn a commission from financial product providers or we can charge you a fee for our advice; the choice is yours, guaranteeing you absolute freedom and emphasising our impartiality.

We use plain English and we endeavour to ensure that you understand everything we are discussing and appreciate the implications of every decision you make.
When you first come to us, we meet you for an initial one to two-hour meeting to assess your financial needs. We will then present you with a financial planning strategy to enable you to achieve your goals. This is then followed up by regular contact where appropriate. Most importantly, we are always there, at the end of the phone, to talk to you.
Business advice: We also offer a Business Review Service and, through our extensive professional associations, we can arrange business insurance and secure commercial lending.
AYP Care: We offer specialist advice in long-term care funding, helping you to find solutions to care costs while working to protect your capital, independence, dignity, right of choice and the ability to leave an inheritance to your loved ones.
Women: AYP was originally formed by Kim Alexandra as a specialist financial adviser for women and we retain a strong focus in this area, offering truly holistic financial advice at every life stage, including divorce and separation.
