Kim Alexandra
A member of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Insurance Institute, Kim founded AYP Financial Planning in 2003 as a specialist financial adviser for women and business people, though that remit has now developed into a wider-ranging offering for men and women at every life stage.
Prior to forming AYP, Kim worked for ten years with Barclays Bank, serving in a management position in the Corporate Banking Sector, where she was one of only three women in the UK in the same role. In addition, Kim has experience of working in the public sector and for multi-national corporations. This wealth and breadth of experience ensures a worldly and pragmatic approach to financial advice for all of AYP clients.
Kim has a strong commitment and belief in family values and both her daughters support, participate in, and contribute to the ongoing success of AYP. Katy is a Doctor working in hospital looking after sick children as a Paediatrician and Suzanne has completed her degrees in Philosophy and Law and is pursuing a career in industry.
Julie Kibler
Julie is a fully qualified Financial Adviser and is our specialist Mortgage Adviser and brings many years experience to AYP, having previously worked for Leamington Spa Building Society, where she was instrumental in the Society becoming the first to introduce credit scoring for lending; a system now used by every lender in the country.
Julie specialises in helping our clients make the most of what is generally their single most valuable asset – their home. Drawing on her specialist experience, she can help and guide our clients to access the best mortgage deal for them.
Julie has a wealth of experience in commercial lending for investment properties and is able to provide an excellent service to our Landlords and would be investors.
Joanna Allen
Joanna joined AYP in April 2009 and in her own words "Joining AYP Financial Planning has been a very positive step. It has given me the opportunity to provide my clients with wholly independent specialist financial planning, allowing me to develop the long standing trusting relationships with my clients for which AYP is renowned". Joanna has gained a wealth of experience previously working for leading law and accountancy firms in Newcastle Upon Tyne and is now able to extend the breadth of her skills working for AYP Financial Planning.
